Twintech design and manufacture temperature switches for many OEM's in India

Temperature switches
are used to measure temperature. The working of a temperature switch is based upon the temperature variations taking place in an enclosed space, or in an open area adjoining the temperature detecting component. In general, the functioning of a temperature switch and a pressure switch is almost same since both the devices get triggered by variations in pressure. In many of the temperature switch designs, the temperature sensing element is positioned in such a way that the rise or drop in temperature results in the increase and decrease of internal pressure of liquid or gas such as in liquid filled temperature switches. This variation in pressure can then be used to actuate a switching mechanism.

  • Elecrtronic / Mechanical Type temperature sensing mechanism
  • Available in different temperature ranges
  • Factory set tripping and reset temperature
  • Contact rating for AC as well as DC currents
  • Potential free contacts

  • Supply Voltage: 12~30VDC
  • Accuracy: ±0.1%FS  ±0.3%FS  ±0.5%FS
  • Pressure Resistance: Typically 40bar (Max300bar)
  • Longterm Stability (1 Year): ±0.1%FS
  • Response Time: T=50°C 2.3s;T=90°C 5.4s

1) HVAC Systems: Temperature switches are widely used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to monitor and control the temperature of air or fluids within the system.

2) Industrial Processes: In industrial settings, temperature switches are used to monitor and control temperature in various processes such as manufacturing, food processing, and chemical processing.

3) Agriculture and Mining Equipemnts: In agricultural applications, temperature switches are used in greenhouse climate control systems to regulate temperature and ensure optimal growing conditions for plants.

4) Environmental Monitoring: Temperature switches are employed in environmental monitoring systems to track temperature variations in facilities such as greenhouses, warehouses, and data centers.

5) Safety Systems: Temperature switches are often integrated into safety systems to monitor temperature in critical environments such as electrical panels, transformers, and motor windings.
